Refund Policy
Returns & Refunds:
14 days to change your mind: You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This includes sale and promotional items.
How to return:
- Email info@urbanrugsco.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the items you’re returning.
- We’ll reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
Condition: You’re welcome to unpack and look at your item as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that, or damaged, we may reject the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Your refund: We refund the price you paid and the standard delivery cost of your original order within 14 days of receiving your return request. We may wait until the item arrives back with us, or until you show proof of sending it. Refunds go to your original payment method.
Return postage: Return postage is paid by you, unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item: Tell us as soon as you can and send a photo. We’ll send a replacement or refund you in full, including return postage. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.
Want a different design? Tell us when you request the return and we’ll set the new design aside for you.
